This is part of a collection I call "Playful Pastry", where I display them as board games.With Baci I decided to play Tic Tac Toe.I find Baci di Dama very visually appealing and challenging to texture.
Baci di dama (Italian: [ˈbaːtʃi di ˈdaːma]; Piedmontese: basin ëd dama; meaning "lady's kisses") are a type of Northern Italian sandwich cookie consisting of two hazelnut cookies joined together by a chocolate filling, representing the "kiss" in the name.
